After shoot locations were deemed not viable due to the camera angles we wanted to achieve, I built this cafe as a set in studio. I was sent a mood-board to use as a guide for colours, style and materials to use for the set. From there, the cafe was brought to life with professional coffee equipment and a set good enough to open to customers.
The wardrobe was simple for Bonita, the store owner with a relatable comfortable t-shirt and jeans. Customers lining up were all corporate workers as if the coffee shop was in the middle of the city.
